This is so hot! I like to imagine that inside the vampire's mouth there is a hidden and unknown pain deadening saliva gland which secretes pain-killing saliva on any object entering its mouth, so this helps the victim when he is sleeping or under the hypnotic control of the master vampire! That way the vampire can insert his needle-like fangs into something juicy, push all the way through, and not be super painful to the victim! How wonderful! The succulent best of both worlds can be enjoyed!
