New OC!

I've been thinking about creating a sort of Justice League/Avengers team (gay, of course!). The teams keep shifting in my fantasies, but here's one who'll likely stay in whatever form the team takes...

Billy is an amateur gymnast who, just before his 18th birthday, experiences his emergent superhuman abilities: he has increased agility and reflexes, strength, and extensive regenerative capabilities. Upon his birthday, Billy leaves home for New Columbia, the great megalopolis. It is there that he embarks upon a superheroic career and meets other young demigods and superhumans...and the evil Dr. Karnage!

Billy is quite a specimen, but a bit green at being a superhero. In no time, due to his inexperience, he finds himself in the clutches of Dr. Karnage. The villain is impressed with his captive's strength and regenerative powers, but finds an inconsistency in the youth's physical developement. His endowment. While impressive for that of a young man, it lacks the size and weight of a mature and experieneced male. A condition that Karnage intends to turn to his advantage. A punishing program of sexual activity will increase penal size and responsiveness and will enslave the victim to his new master as he becomes addicted to the aggressively erotic and sadistically satisfying sexual behaviors. And, given his regenarative capabilities, there will be multiplying stores of expelled semen to be re-ingested by the subject increasing his overall size and muscularity. Unless a rescue is attempted, the would-be superhero will becum a massively muscled and near mindless minion of the dominant Dr. Karnage.

This idea of yours has promise. Is it still on the table (or is it on the backburner?)?
