Bullock is the "strongman" of The Stable--a group of super-powered men. His origins are mysterious--he doesn't remember much of his past or how he came to be in The City. He doesn't seem to age, and his age can't really be determined. Bullock is incredibly strong and resilient--and incredibly hot-tempered. That combination has earned him many deadly enemies; even his allies in the Stable sometimes have to put him "in his place."
