My guess is that this is a hot, hairy, hard bodied alien abductee. Taken because he is such a superior specimen. And because his epicene abductors are fascinated with his huge, masculine endowment. Fascinated, but unfortunately clueless about the man parts on an earth male. So he's being subjected to all kinds of torturous probing and procedures. So far the only thing the aliens have discovered is that they enjoy tormenting their captive.
